How are we halfway through the summer?!? If you're lucky enough to be near a body of water this weekend, try getting under, see what you find.

"I now take orders only from my own Knowing. Whether I’m presented with a work, personal, or family decision—a monumental or tiny decision—whenever uncertainty rises, I sink. I sink beneath the swirling surf of words, fear, expectations, conditioning, and advice—and feel for the Knowing. I sink a hundred times a day." (Glennon Doyle, Untamed)

Comment highlight

Summer Karen on being under the surf: "Swimming underwater has always felt like a holy space for me. I love to swim across and back in the pool with my goggles on. The ocean, the lakes and swimming pools -- they all call to me. I recently had a really good float at my friend's pool. I could never float as a child and my mother would always try to teach me (she could always float so well) but I always sank. But last week there I was floating all alone in the pool -- just being and watching the clouds go by. That felt holy too as the water held me."

"What is the pink, and how do the pinks interact?"

I am SO EXCITED for the Barbie movie, though I wasn't the Barbie aficionado in my house growing up. (That title belonged to my sister, who spent long afternoons lovingly preparing every doll for lavish events that...maybe never happened? Because the preparation was the point?) I did love every Barbie accessory, though, and longed to live in the Dreamhouse, so I was very into this tour.

How do the pinks interact?! xoxo
